ART THERAPY AND COUNSELLING FOR INDIVIDUALS
This format is suggested for individuals wishing to work toward specific goals or otherwise desiring to work 1:1 with the art therapist. Individuals may wish to deepen their art therapy experience after an introductory group session, self refer or clients may be referred by other professionals, such as physicians, teachers, social workers, addiction counselors, etc. The Art therapist is a certified professional and can work with other professional teams toward specified goals, if desired.
ART THERAPY AND COUNSELLING FOR GROUPS
Group sessions are available as a single session (usually introductory) or as a series. This is recommended when a collective wishes to pursue a common theme, such as addiction recovery, grief or trauma. The number of participants can vary, depending on space and time availability.
ART THERAPY AND COUNSELLING FOR WORKPLACES
This involves a customized program that addresses a team goal, such as creative problem solving, team building, self care for caregivers, etc.
