Artwork & Copyright

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Jodi Strom unless otherwise stated. Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Purchasing artwork or prints does not transfer copyright.

Sales & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Orders will not be shipped or fulfilled until payment is received in full.

Originals, Prints & Commissions

• Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and final sale.

• Prints are produced either by the artist or trusted print partners.

• Commissioned works are created collaboratively and are non-refundable once the process has begun, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the artwork and destination. While care is taken to package artwork safely, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order prints, returns are generally not accepted. Please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery if there is an issue.
